Запрошуємо Вас взяти участь у роботі Міжнародної науково-практичної конференції «Впровадження європейських принципів та досвіду у процес встановлення тарифу з доступу до інфраструктури», яка відбудеться 20 березня 2026 р. у м. Хирів, Львівської областію. Програма конференції передбачає роботу за наступними напрямами: 1. Законодавчі ініціативи парламенту і уряду у питанні тарифоутворення на залізниці. 2. Європейський досвід участі громад у тарифоутворенні та механізмі компенсації соціальних перевезень. 3. Сучасний стан, проблеми та перспективи участі громад та бізнесу у процесі тарифоутворення. 4. Принципи розробки методики встановлення тарифу за доступ до інфраструктури. 5. Принципи розробки механізму компенсації соціально важливих перевезень.На конференції будуть заслухані та обговорені результати реалізації проєкту «Залучення експертів та представників місцевих громад до розробки принципів встановлення тарифу на обов’язкові послуги з доступу до інфраструктури залізинчного транспорту», що є складовою ініціативи «Єднання для громади», яка реалізується ІСАР «Єднання» за фінансової підтримки Європейського Союзу”. |
Dear colleagues! We invite you to participate in the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Implementation of European Principles and Experience in the Process of Setting Tariffs for Access to Infrastructure,” which will be held on March 20, 2026, in Khyriv, Lviv Region. The conference program includes work in the following areas: 1. Legislative initiatives of the parliament and government on the issue of railway tariff setting. 2. European experience of community participation in tariff setting and the mechanism of compensation for social transportation. 3. Current status, problems, and prospects for community and business participation in the tariff setting process. 4. Principles for developing a methodology for setting tariffs for access to infrastructure. 5. Principles for developing a mechanism for compensating socially important transportation. The conference will hear and discuss the results of the project “Involvement of experts and representatives of local communities in the development of principles for setting tariffs for mandatory services for access to railway transport infrastructure,” which is part of the “Unity for the Community” initiative implemented by ISAR “Yednannia” with the financial support of the European Union. |
